FAQ’s

Why do I need to verify my age before purchasing?

Age verification is required to ensure safety and legal compliance.

• Legal requirements: Nicotine-containing vaping products are restricted to adults in many regions.

• Preventing underage use: Age checks help keep Lost Mary products out of the hands of minors.

• Responsible retailing: As an official reseller of Lost Mary Vape, we strictly follow all laws and regulations related to vaping products.

Verifying your age helps us provide a safe and responsible shopping experience.

Can you recharge or refill a LOST MARY device?

This depends on the device type.

• Single-use Lost Mary disposable vapes cannot be recharged or refilled. Attempting to do so can be unsafe and should never be tried.

• Rechargeable Lost Mary devices and pod systems are designed for extended use and can be safely recharged as intended.

Always follow the product instructions for proper use.

How do I know when my LOST MARY vape is finished?

Your Lost Mary device may be finished if you notice:

1. Little or no vapor

2. Weak or burnt flavor

3. The device no longer activates

4. The estimated puff count has been reached

5. If your device seems to stop early, the e-liquid may have shifted inside the coil due to storage position. Gently moving the device can help the coil absorb remaining liquid. If the issue continues, the device may not be authentic.

Is vaping harmful to the human body?

Vaping is not risk-free, but it is widely considered a less harmful alternative to smoking traditional cigarettes for adult smokers.

• E-cigarettes do not burn tobacco

• They produce vapor instead of smoke

• Nicotine is addictive and intended only for adult use

Lost Mary products are designed for adults only and should not be used by minors, non-smokers, or pregnant individuals.

Where can I recycle my vape device?

Recycling options vary by location.

• Check local recycling centers for electronic waste guidelines

• Many areas accept vape batteries through e-waste programs

Always follow your local environmental regulations for safe and responsible disposal.

Can I take a LOST MARY vape on an airplane?

In most cases, yes.

• Disposable vapes must be carried in carry-on luggage

• They are not allowed in checked baggage due to lithium battery safety rules

Airline policies may vary, so it is best to confirm with your airline before traveling.

Where is my package?

Check your tracking information first. If it hasn’t updated or shows “In Transit” or “Delayed,” please allow up to 7 business days for scanning updates. If there are still no updates after this time and you believe you have a lost or missing package, please contact us using the form on this page. We can open or continue a case with the carrier.

Can I contact the shipping carrier myself?

No. Please contact us instead. We handle the investigation and claim with the carrier using your shipment and order details. Calling the carrier separately can create delays and duplicate case references.

How long does it take to resolve a missing package?

Once you report the issue to us, we review the tracking information and begin the carrier investigation. Typical investigations take 2–3 business days, depending on the carrier and the details of the case.

What information do you need from me?

Please provide the following information:

• Order Number
• Full Name as shown on the order
• Shipping ZIP/Postcode or full shipping address
• Tracking Number, if available
• Any delivery notes you received, if applicable

Providing complete information helps us review your shipment and start the investigation more efficiently.

What happens after I submit the form?

We review your shipment details and confirm the available tracking information and delivery attempts, if any. If the package is determined to be missing, we will file or continue the carrier claim and update you as the investigation progresses.

Will you resend or refund me?

If the carrier investigation confirms that the package is lost or cannot be delivered, we will advise you of the available options, such as reshipment or refund, based on our policy. Each case is handled after the tracking and carrier claim outcome has been confirmed.
